To open and use a gbd99 account, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements. gbd99 reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time and to close any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed.

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from Bangladesh.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register or have previously been excluded from gbd99.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful registration information at all times.

gbd99 may require you to provide government-issued identity documents to verify your age, identity, or payment details as part of our KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.

gbd99 supports deposits and withdrawals via local Bangladeshi mobile financial services and bank transfers. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform does not hold funds in foreign currencies. The minimum deposit on gbd99 is ৳100. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and bonus wagering requirement completion where applicable.

• Supported deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and City Bank.
• The minimum deposit is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. These limits may be updated from time to time.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by gbd99 support.
• Deposits made using bonus funds or third-party accounts may be voided and the balance removed without notice.
• gbd99 may request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Failure to comply may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

gbd99 is not responsible for delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers, banking maintenance windows, network outages, or circumstances outside gbd99's direct control. Players are advised to allow up to 24 hours for withdrawal processing in normal operating conditions.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on gbd99. Any player found engaging in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately and any outstanding balance may be forfeited pending investigation.

• Using automated software, bots, artificial intelligence, or any scripted means to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any unfair advantage over other players or the platform itself.
• Opening more than one account on gbd99, whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods, for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, collusion, or any activity intended to manipulate the outcome of a bet or sporting event covered on gbd99.
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or funding of illegal activities.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, decompile, or reproduce any part of the gbd99 platform, including its software, design, content, or underlying code.

gbd99 cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and regulatory bodies where required by applicable law. Where prohibited conduct involves suspected criminal activity, gbd99 reserves the right to report such activity to the appropriate authorities without prior notice to the player concerned.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, gbd99 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the following circumstances:

• Loss of funds resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or third-party payment processing failures beyond gbd99's reasonable control.
• Any loss or damage resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure, or from unauthorised access to your account by a third party where gbd99 was not negligent.
• Any interruption to betting markets or game availability caused by sporting event cancellations, provider maintenance, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or government action.

gbd99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, gbd99 will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. In some cases, gbd99 may notify players of significant changes via the registered email address or mobile number on file. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Your continued use of gbd99 after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must immediately stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting gbd99 support.
